Sara Hale

A founding partner of the firm, Sara leads its work in Silver Lake, Los Feliz, and Echo Park, where she has spent fifteen years reading the grain of each hillside street. She is the person clients call when a Schindler or a Neutra changes hands quietly, and she keeps a long memory for which houses were drawn by whom. Her approach is unhurried: the right buyer for a particular house is usually worth waiting for.
