Eleanor Marlowe

Eleanor founded Marlowe Hale in 2014 after a decade placing architecturally significant homes across the Eastside. She built the practice around provenance — the drawings, the permits, the original architect of record — believing a house is best sold by the people who understand how it was made. Her listings tend toward post-and-beam and the careful restoration of what came before.
